Choose

Browse our dresses either online or by booking an appointment to visit our showroom where you can also try on the dress. Viewing is by appointment only. You can also contact us and we can post the dress to you.

For security and due to the RRP value of our dresses we must charge an additional £40 deposit fee per dress. This will be fully refundable once the dress is returned in the same condition it was let out. This holds the dress for you for your date. The deposit also acts as security against theft of a dress or damage.

Arrange the collection of your dress a day or two before your event (or we can post if arranged). At this point, you pay the hire price for the dress (plus postage).

Two

Wear

You can hire a dress for a maximum of 3 days.

The hire price also includes the dry cleaning of the dress when it is returned to us. Please do not organise your own dry cleaning.

All minor damages and basic wear and tear are included in the hire price. However, if irreversible damage is done which means that the dress cannot be rented out again, you must pay the full retail price of the dress which is listed online.

If the dress is lost, badly stained or damaged then a charge of up to full retail value may be made. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Three

Return

You can drop the dress back at our showroom on the agreed date or you may post it back to us (postage to be paid by you). However, you will remain responsible for the dress until it arrives back at our showroom.

Your £40 deposit will be refunded to you on return (assuming no permanent damage). Any tear damage or repair cost will be taken from your deposit.

If you wish to hire a dress for a longer period, this can be agreed at an additional cost. However, if this happens without contact or prior warning, an additional daily cost of £8 will apply. Please bear in mind that someone else may be waiting on the dress.
